Orthotic therapy is used to help improve a large number of conditions from the lower back to the bottom of the big toe. Orthotics work by supporting your foot to help balance joint alignment, improve ground force reactions and decrease tension along the connective tissues in your feet and ankle. 

Orthotics are custom-made shoe inserts that are designed to correct foot and ankle problems, redistribute pressure, and improve overall foot function. They can be used to treat conditions such as plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and other forms of foot and ankle pain.

We provide both Custom and Pre-moulded Orthotics. Before prescribing Orthotics, a Biomechanical Consultation is required. This will allow us to provide you with the perfect pair of Orthotics for your specific needs.
